Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your kit and what happens if something isn't right.


Shipping

oibe ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Orders ship from Baltimore, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Typical transit time is 5–7 business days.

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you'd like oibe in your country, reach out at hey@oibe.com — we'd love to know where interest is.


Presale orders

If you placed a presale order — either the $50 refundable deposit or the $100 founder payment — and your kit has not yet shipped, you can request a full refund at any time. No questions asked. Email hey@oibe.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.


Returns

We accept returns within 25 days of delivery on unopened kits in original packaging. To start a return, email hey@oibe.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on opened kits.


Damaged or defective items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, email hey@oibe.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement — no return required. You keep the original.
